WPB Contractors was appointed to demolish and build the new Strood Station as a Principle Contractor covering a full CDM role.
The existing station building was a traditional Clasp building which was beyond refurbishment. WPB was to undertake the roll of M&E designer with a number of CDP items including but not limited to temporary works, structural steel frame, canopies and curtain wall glazing.
With the scope of works including a number of Building, Civil Engineering and M&E works which involved some of the following:
